EMPIRE COLLECTS £6,248,000 REPARATION'
(Australian and N.Z. Press Association „ ( United Service) BERLIN, Saturday. The Agent-General for Reparatior Payments, Mr. Parker Gilbert, says the •payments for the fifth annuity yeai ended October 11 totalled £36,881,000 of which France received £13,699,000 Belgium £1,382,000, the United States £1,055,000. The British Empire received £6,248,000, comprising payments foi the Army of Occupation £225,000 reparation £4,360,000, ,and cash transfers £1,663,000.
