Sir Joseph Ward, Prime Minister, Minister of Finance and Minister of External Affairs. Mr. G. W. Forbes, Minister of Lands and' Minister of Agriculture. Mr. E. A. Ransom, Minister of Public Works and Minister in Charge of Roads and Public Buildings. Mr. T. M. Wilford, Minister of Defence and Minister in Charge of Police. Mr. W. A. Veitch, Minister of Labour and Minister of Mines. Mr. W. B. Taverner, Minister of Railways and Minister in Charge of the Advertising and Publicity Departments. Sir Apirana Ngata, Minister of Xative Affairs, Minister for the Cook Islands and member of the Executive Council representing the Native Race. Mr. J. B.
