SIX PLAYS WILL BE DONE BY BOUCICAULT
Mr. John Farrell, Auckland manager for J. C. Williamson, Ltd., has received advice from Auifralia that the 'VanbrughBoucicault Company mill open definitely in Auckland on January l'f. The season will last until January 29, and, as far as present arrangements have been made, six plays will be produced. These are, “All the King's Horsesf* the opening production, “Belinda” and “Mr. Pirn Passes By” (A. A. Milne), “Caroline” (Somerset Maugham), “On Approval ’* (Fredeidfk Lonsdale) and “Miss Kell of N* Orleans.” It is a great pity that Lonsdale's delightful comedy, “The “High Road,” has been dropped, but Mr. Boucicault may be persuaded to change his mind and include it.
