SINGAPORE POLICY NOT ALTERED SAYS ADMIRALTY
(Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 10.3 a.m. LONDON, Thursday. THE Admiralty officially denied ■* that there is any change of policy in regard to the Singapore naval base. The rumours were probably based on the scheme of retardation announced in the 1927 estimates.
