UNDEFENDED DIVORCE

CROSS-PETITION WITHDRAWN On the ground of separation under a deed, Sarah Ann Augustin (Mr. R. A. Singer petitioned Mr. Justice Frazer in the Supreme Court this morning for divorce from Peter Augustin (Mr. F. W. Schramm). Petitioner said the marriage took place in Gippsland, Victoria, in 1900. A deed of separation was made by his Honour in June, 1915. The two had not lived together since then. Mr. Schramm withdrew a crosspetition initiated by respondent. A decree nisi to be made absolute in three months was allowed.
