, ‘^ n T application was made to-day to -li. Justice Adams for an order to wind up the affairs of the Marlborough limber Company, a large concern in which £250,000 had been sunk. The application was made by Messrs. R. M ilson and Co., creditors to the extent of £228. Tho order was made although opposed by Mr. A. T. Donnelly, representing the other creditors.
