COMMONWEALTH SENATE Reed. noon. SYDNEY, To-day. A second New South Wales seat in the Senate has now been won by Labour. Mr. J. P. Dunn, the new member, who is an enginedriver, had made several attempts in the past to gain a seat in the Senate. The Senate voting in New South Wales has been completed, Mr. Rae. a Labour candidate, filling the third vacancy and making the third Labour man to be elected.
