ELECTION OFF
FOR TRANSPORT BOARD DELAY THROUGH TECHNICALITY Owing to the nominations not being gazetted the election of two members to represent Onehunga, One Tree Hill, Mount Roskill. Panmure, Mount Wellington and Ellerslie on the Transport Board, has been postponed. Mr. S. Gray, returning officer, this morning received the following telegram from the Public Works Department: — “Regret now impossible for Order-in-Council to be gazetted before Monday*. Will invite you to arrange date of elction as soon as known when Order-tn-Council can be signed.”
