TRANSPORT ELECTION

FIXED FOR MONDAY SUBURBAN REPRESENTATIVES The remaining two representatives on the Auckland Transport Board will be appointed at an election to be held on Monday evening. Polling will take place at* the office of the One Tree Hill Road Board, the returning officer being Mr. S. Gray. The voting will be by members of the Onehunga, Ellerslie, Mount Roskill, One Tred Hill, Mount Wellington and Panmure local bodies. The five nominations for the two vacancies to represent these areas arq: Messrs. H. B. Dobbie, One Tree Hill; E. F. Jones, Mount Roskill; F. S. Burton, Onehunga; A. Milliken, Ellerslie; and J. Wood, Mount Wellington.
