PROGRAMME BY ADVANCED PUPILS Few teachers have done more to advance the cause of music in Auckland during recent years than Mr. Walter Impett, whose students’ recital to be given to-morrow, Thursday, evening in the Lewis Eady, Ltd., Hall, Queen Street, is attracting considerable interest in musical circles. A splendid programme will be presented by the Misses Gladys Hosking, Maida Davison, Ruby Moselen, May Ross, Kathleen Conway, Ivy Coyle, Reka Paterson, Ailsa Walker, Una Cleave, Jean Millar, Messrs. Roy Stephenson, Ernest Jennings, A. L. Macpherson, George Pardington, W r eild A.. Paterson, Kenneth J. Dellow and Master Cyril Thatcher. Mr. Walter Impett will be. the accompanist. The Minster Sing'ers will contribute a number of interesting quartets. This popular combination of advanced students should be heard to advantage.
