Palethorpe and Parkes, instructed by the Public Trustee in a deceased estate, will offer by auction at the rooms, 1 and 2 Winstone Building, on Friday, December 14, at 11.30 a.m., the following properties: Dwelling of four rooms and conveniences at 1 Abbey Street, corner of Newton Road; two-storeyed home of six rooms, outbuildings and conveniences, 3 Abbey Street, Newton; dwelling of three rooms and usual modern conveniences at 85 Elizabeth Street, Mount Albert; and cottage of three rooms and scullery at 1 Bannerman Road, Morningside. Ranfurly Smith, instructed by the Public Trustee, will offer by auction at the rooms, Corner Queen and Swanson Streets, on Friday, December 14, at noon, a villa house of six rooms and usual offices on a section approximately 33 x 112, on the corner of Anglesea and Clyde Streets, Ponsonby. J. R. Robertson, Ltd., will conduct by auction at the rooms, Queen Street, tomorrow, at 11 a.m., a sale of unredeemed pledges, under instructions from A. Langford, of the Imperial Loan Co. The pledges to be offered include a varied range of musical instruments, jewellerv, suit-cases, gramophones, clothing, tools and cutlery.
