AUCTION AT SYDNEY
SYDNEY, Tuesday. At the Sydney wool sales to-day the bales sold numbered 11,646. There* was good general competition, and the market was firm at late rates for superior lines, but irregularity was noticeable in the case of dusty offerings. Comebacks and crossbreds sold freely. Greasy Merino sold at 31d.
