NEW SYSTEM IN WAIKATO CATHEDRAL THE ENVELOPE METHOD (From Our Own Correspondent) ( HAMILTON, Sunday. For the first time the congregation at St. Peter’s Cathedral experienced the novelty of a service minus collet tion plates this evening. The duplex envelope system was brought into commission for the purpose of effecting some improvement in the parish funds. The Chapter is hopeful that the new envelope method of offertory reception will result iu a distinct increase in contributions.
