Brown, sole selector, has picked the following players to attend practices at the Domain on Tuesdays and Thursdays with a view to selecting the Suburban Association’s team to take part in the Walker Shield tournament at Christchurch during Christmas: A. Kay (Glen Eden), R. Burton (Ellerslie). TV. Badeley (Harbour Board). E. 11. Mackie (Ponsonby>. R. Innes (Ponsonby), T. Spicer (Ponsonby) and G. Morman (Glen Eden).
