Almost every boat from England now brings a. number of these fluffy animals and the production of Angora wool threatens to become a real industry in the Dominion. There were also two canaries in charge of the ship’s cook. Two thoroughbred horses (one an Arab stallion from Egypt), which are mentioned elsewhere, had their own special attendant.
