INJURED FARMER’S PLIGHT FOUND BY SEARCH PARTY Press Association PALMERSTON N., To-day. While riding to work yesterday morning on a farm at Pohangina, Henry Shadbolt, aged 60, suffered a nasty accident. His horse apparently fell with him in the rough country. Shadbolt lay exposed to the rain and later to the hot sun for 14 hours with a fractured thigh and injuries to his other leg. He was found semi-con-scious last evening by a search party and taken to hospital.
