MORE MEN IN WORK
JOBS FOUND FOR 78 A slight decrease, in unemployment is shown by figures supplied by the Government Labour Bureau this morning, the total number of men registered being 638, compared with 654 last week. Men classed as fit for heavy work number 552, and for light work 86. The figures for the preceding week were 547 and 107 respectively. During the past week 78 men were placed in work, compared with 34 for the week ending November 24.
