Important developments are belieyed likely to arise from Judge Thomson s findings in the civic coal contracts inquiry, in which he n<ide strong indictments against flfertain persons who had dealings with the City Council in relation to coal supply contracts. The Premier, the Attorney-General, the Crown Law Department and police representatives had a conference, but nothing has been divulged as to their intentions.
