Mussolini Ironical About Peace Pact
NATIONS ARM YET (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Keed. 9 a.m. ROME, Friday. Signor Mussolini, writing to General Cavallero on his resignation from the XJnder-Secretaryship of War, paid high tribute to his efforts toward restoration of morale and fighting efficiency in the army. “Much more remains to he done in this direction, for despite the ‘sublime Kellogg Pact’ the whole world, including Mr. Kellogg’s own country, continues to arm,” said the dictator.
