GIFT TO NEW ZEALAND (Australian and NTZ. Press Association) Reed. Noon. LONDON, Thursday. Viscount Furneaux, Lord Birkenhead's son, is presenting a copy of the portrait of his maternal ancestor, Captain Furneaux, who was with Captain Cook, to the New Zealand Government. It will be hung in Parliament House. A copy is also being presented to the Commonwealth of Australia.
