SENATE’S RESERVATIONS (Australian and A .Z Press Association) (United Service) WASHINGTON, Thursday. The Secretary of State, Mr. F. B. Kellogg, stated to-day that he would again confer with the President. Mr. Coolidge before he resumed diplomatic exchanges with the countries which are members of the World Court about the Senate’s reservations attached to America’s adherence. Eicht nations had unconditionally accepted the reservations, 15 had merelv acknowledged receipt of the communication concerning them, and three had not responded.
