Arne Borg - , the Swedish swimming champion, is expected to visit Sydney this season. He will arrive on January 1 and may compete in other Australian cities. Some weeks tigo, Borg told the Aus- i tralian Swimming Union that lie j would make the tour if a definite offer were made. A Sydney paper now j announces that the visit is certain. Andrew Charlton, the big Australian. ! may be persuaded to race against j Borg, although he has been emphatic j that he would not compete against j any visitor this season. He wants to j continue his farming activities at Gunnedah. Borg is to receive first-class hotel I and travelling expenses.
