Hastily tie scans them, rejecting some ind pulling out others in their place until, his taste satisfied, he pushes the unwanted books with the magazines lie bill l himself brought with him, back into the bin. Another hasty glance round, and away he trots down the road, considerably quicker than he came. Why these bins are not cleared when full it is difficult to imagine, unless they have been forgotten.
