CAPITOL
“TELLING THE WORLD” Laughter and thrills follow one another in William Haines’s latest picture, “Telling the World,” now at the Capitol Theatre. Haines has the part of a newspaper reporter in “Telling the World,” and though his cocksureness annoys his associates he proves tha the has a real “nose for news.” A fortunate accident wins him fame and love, but the girl fears his indifference, and accepts an offer to tour China with a revue company. This causes the young man to follow her along a path of thrills and adventure. “Telling the World” is without doubt Haines’s greatest picture. Anita Page, a young newcomer to the screen, appears opposite him. “Impetuous Youth,” a drama of a man’s home troubles, starring Conrad Veidt, will also be shown.
