LIGHT LIST AT HAMILTON

SUPREME COURT SESSION OPENS tFrom Our Own Correspondent I HAMILTON, To-day. The Supreme Court session opened here to-day. Mr. Justice Blair, who presided, commented on the light calendar there being only two criminal cases to be tried. Andrew Ernest Randrup, a farmer, of Matamata, was charged with negligently driving a car thereby causing the death of a Maori woman and her infant. Fredericl-c William Cornford Goucher was charged on six counts of indecent assault. In his charge to the Grand Jury his Honour said that it would have no difficulty with the Goucher case. In the charge against Riindrup the only question was whether a prima facie case had been established.
