TAKAPUNA PRESENTATION
MR. B. M. WHITTAKER B. M. Whittaker, who for the past three years has been a member of the Takapuna Town Clerk’s office staff, was this morning presented with a case of pipes by his fellow members. He is leaving to take up private employment. An antique vase was also presented to him for Mrs. Whittaker. In making the presentation, Mr. H. L. Bowden, town clerk, paid a tribute to Mr. Whittaker on having been a faithful servant to the borough-
