MILITARY APPOINTMENTS
CHANGES IN STAFF
The following appointments and transfers in the New Zealand Military Forces are announced: Major A. B. Williams. D. 5.0., Koval New Zealand Artillery, relinquishes the temporary appointment of Staff Olficer- £*°- 10 Regimental District, Christchurch, on the return to duty of Major D. K. Bremner, M.C. Captain D. H. Donaldson, N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes the appointment of Area Officer Area «a, and Adjutant Ist Battalion, Wellington West Coast Regiment. Wanganui, and is appointed Area Officer, Area 10c, Tlmaru. Captain J. A. M. Ciachan, N.Z. Staff Corps, having returned from a tour of exchange with the British Army in India, ceases to be seconded, and is appointed Adjutant, Auckland Mounted Rifles, and Adjutant. Waikato Mounted Rifles, at Hamilton.
Captain G. M. McCaskill. N.Z. Staff Co ps, having returned from a tour of exchange with the British Army in India, ceases to be seconded, and is appointed Area Officer, Area 6b; and Adjutant Manawatu Mounted Rifles, Palmerston North.
Captain D. T. Maxwell, N.Z. Staff Corps, having returned from a tour of exchange with the British Army in India, ceases to be seconded, and is appointed Area Officer, Area «a, and Adjutant Ist Battalion, Wellington West Coast Regiment. Wanganui. Captain L. G. Goss. N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes the appointment of staff Officer-in-Charge No. 2 Regimental District, Paeroa, and is seconded while absent from the Dominion attending the Staff College, Camberley. Lieutenant J. W. Barry, N.Z. Staff Corps, having returned to New Zealand, ceases to be attached to the Samoa Military Police.
