FELL ACROSS POWER WIRES ACCIDENT NEAR OAMARU Press Association OAMARU. Friday. Stanley Wilson, aged 26, a linesman employed by the Waltaki Electric Power Board, was engaged in altering low tension wires at Otiake about 4 p.m. to-day, when he apparently lost his footing and fell across two lowtension wires. His companions cut the wires, brought him down and applied first-aid methods. Medical aid was summoned, but efforts at resuscitation, extending over four hours, failed. Death ensued from shock. Deceased leaves a young wife and child.
