LIMITED LATE

HOT BOX ON DE LUXE_ SLEEPER MANY WOOL-BUYERS ON BOARD The Limited did not arrive in Auckland this morning until 11.15 o’clock, nearly two hours late. A hot box on one of the de luxe sleeping cars caused the delay. It was first noticed at Taumarunui and stops had to be made on the journey to allow the box to cool. There were five sleeping cars on the Limited this morning, two of which were fully occupied by wool-buyers. Altogether between 50 and GO woolbuyers arrived in Auckland this morning to attend the first sale on Monday.
