TENNIS WITH ENGLISHMEN SYDNEY, Friday. The lawn tennis match between the visiting Englishmen and New South Wales was completed to-day, in fine weather. The results were as follow: In the singles Willard beat Higgs (England), B—4, 13 —15, 6 —3; Crawford beat Gregory (England), 3 —6, 6 —3, 6—4. Gregory’s shots lacked strength. Crawford played many fine shots and placements, and profited by Gregory’s errors. Collins (England) beat Kalms, 6—l, 4—6, 6—2. In the doubles Crawford and Hopman beat Gregory and Austin (England >. ' —6, 6™—4, 6—l, 6— 3. IT 'outh Wales won five rubbers, 15 d 126 games. Britain won till / ..hers, 10 sqts and 114 games.
