According to reports to hand from the United States,, Weismuller toaccepted the post of professor of nata tion at W”aseda University, Japan. H* will act further as national coach for swimming for the Japanese nation. All sorts of reports concerning tto champion’s plans have been clrcl *" since his visit to the Amstero Olympiad. He is not now closely associated with Bill Baclirach, the Illinois Club coach, who used to accompany Weismuller on all his tours. The association is now severed, but Weismuller seems to have learnt most of Bachrach’s trade tricks.
