LADY HAMILTON’S COSTUMES
The many beautiful elaborate costumes worn by Miss Griffith in the pro* duction, which is said to be the greatest spectacle ever filmed. “The Divine Lady” (from First National Pictures) cover three distinct periods, the Gainsborough, Louis XVI. and the Napoleonic Empire. All the costumes are strikingly beautiful and of considerable value, most of them being authentic to the last detail, having been copied from famous paintings and old etchings and prints. Corinne Griffith has been termed “The most beautiful woman on tsie screen,” and the role of the exotio Lady Hamilton suits her to perfection. Victor Varconi and H. B. Warner play the roles of Lords Nelson and Hamilton.
