Sydney Rogue Robs Man From Whangarei TALL STORY TOLD Reed. 5.55 a.m. SYDNEY, To-day. John Sutherland, aged 49, of Whangarei, New Zealand, a recent arrival in Sydney, formed an acquaintance with Dennis Finn in the city. He was compelled to walk nearly the whole way back to Sydney, owing to being “broke.” He told his story at the City Police Court, and Finn (who was described by the magistrate as “a heartless fellow”) was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment.
