SALE OF CITY PROPERTY
Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday. The market for city property in Christchurch has shown signs of improvement during the past few weeks. Another sale to be recorded is that of a property in Arnaagh Street, with a frontage of 67ft., at £2OO a foot. Property in Armagh Street has shown a great rise in value, for four years ago property was offered at £4O a foot, and was difficult to dispose of.
