SLEW SLEEPING A.B. AND THEN HIMSELF
(United Service) Reed. 9.5 a.m. HONG KONG, Mon. A double shooting was revealed on the arrival here of H.M.S. Cornflower. The naval report states that A.B. O’Hara, bridge sentry, early on the morning of the 15th shot dead A.B. Lloyd, while he was asleep in his hammock. He then placed a revolver to his own head, blowing out his brains. The motive for his act is unknown.
