GOLD JACKET
IF there is one horse more than another in Auckland that must always claim the respect and attention of backers it is Gold Jacket, who has had a wonderful trot during the last six or eight months. When it is considered that Gold Jacket has. since his Thames Cup victory, won big races at Hcwera. Addington and Alexandra Park twice, and is now only on a 4.27 mark, his chances of adding another “thousand pounder” to his list to-morrow are indeed rosy.
