McHOLM TAKING A REST
Although J. VV. McHolm has now taken up his permanent residence in the AVelington district, he stated last week that lie would not be appearing on the athletic field this season, as he felt that he had earned a rest. He has also not been feeling up to the mark for some time, and has been influenced in his decision by medical advice. Supporters of track sports in the Wellington Province are naturally feeling rather disappointed that the great “field star” will not be visible this summer, but they have hopes of future seasons.
