Rotary President Honours Members

Reception Given by Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Hutchison

ROTARIANS IN GOOD VOICE Rotarian merrymakers made the walls of Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Hutchison's home in .Portland Road, Remuera, ring last evening, when, at a delightful reception given in their honour, they lustily sang the Rotary Chorus, and gave individual songs. Cherry blossom, in great masses of pink loveliness, and bowls of vivid crimson roses, made charming decoration in the various rooms. With her husband, Mrs. Hutchison welcomed the guests, wearing a smart gown of black georgette over cloth of silver. The petal-pointed skirt was outlined with white georgette and silver and red embroidered floral motifs gave her gown a chic touch of colour. Several competitions kept the guests amused, and items were contributed by Messrs. W. Manning, Taylor and John Ewen. Among the guests were:— Mrs. J. A.
