UNDEFENDED DIVORCE
On the grounds of failure to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights John Munro (Mr. R. A. Singer) petitioned in the Supreme Court this morning for divorce from Bertha Kate Theresa Munro. Mr. Justice Blair granted a decree nisi.
