Notice is hereby given that the BIRKENHEAD BOROUGH COUNCIL proposes, at its meeting to be held on the sth day of December, 1925, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £50,000 for the purpose of installing a Sewerage Scheme for that area of the Borough from Birkenhead "Wharf to the Northern Boundary at Pupuke Road, the Eastern Boundary in Onewa Road, and including Mokoia Road so far as Roseberry Avenue, as per Plan to be seen at the office of the undersigned. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Birkenhetd Borough Council not later than the day preceding the meeting.
