AERONAUTICAL CONFERENCE Press Association. BLENHEIM, To-day. The Marlborough Aero Club has appointed its president. Mr. H. R. Dlx. as delegate to the International Civil Aeronautical Conference, at "Washington, in December. He leaves by the Aorangi from Auckland on November 20. Mr. Dix has agreed also to represent the Auckland Aero Club.
