“THEN THERE WAS ONE”
INTERJECTOR REMOVED UNITED MAN AT OAMARU Press Association OAMARU, Friday. At the Opera House to-night, the United Party candidate, Mr. J. A. MacPherson, delivered his main address to the electors of Oamaru, receiving an attentive hearing from his large audience. His criticism was mainly directed against the Government’s land settlement policy. He enunciated the proposals of the United Party. There were only two interjectors, one of whom was removed by the police. Mr. MacPherson received a vote of thanks and confidence.
