CHAMBERLAIN WELL AGAIN British Official Wireless Reed. 12.30 p.m. RUGBY, Thursday. Sir Austen Chamberlain, at Toronto yesterday, received an honorary degree from the university. Later this week he will visit Ottawa, where the Canadian Government will give a dinner in his honour. Sir Austin will arrive home toward the end of the month. His health has greatly benefited from his tour, and he declares himself perfectly well again, and able to resume his duties at the Foreign Office.
