VAUDEVILLE AND PICTURES One of the most unusual vaudeville acts on the stage will be presented a the Capitol Theatre this evening, tv is Pedrini’s Famous Performing Baboons. This is a story of adventure as romantic as any told “WILD WEST ROMANCE” AT EMPIRE Thrills, suspense, and beautiful scenery are seen in “Wild "Wet: Romance,” starring Rex Bell, to be shown at the Empire Theatre this evening. It deals with the life in a small western town on the borders of the bad lands, and concerns itself principally with a good-natured, easygoing youngster, played by Bell. He never allows anything to trouble hin: until he sees a little boy thrown fror a freight train by a brakeman. Then he becomes a raging demon. He adopt* the boy, and the two ride the range together. It is a logical, well motivated story, in which Bell falls in love with an evangelist’s daughter, who, however, prefers the town’s bad boy. “A Dog of the Regiment,” Rin-Tin-'T’in’s latest, will also be shown. MUSIC AND DANCE LEWIS EADY HALL THIS EVENING The Paramount Dance Orchestra will make their first appearance at the Lewis Eady Hall this evening, in a short programme of music lasting only from 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. Al?o. by special request, the pupils of Miss Aileen Beresford will appear in “Spring’s Awakening.” Admission is free.
