ADDRESS AT ST. HELIERS Despite frequent interjections Mr. H. R. Jenkins. United candidate for Parnell, received an excellent hearing when he spoke to 350 electors at St. Heliers Bay last evening. Mr. C. Lovegrove was In the chair. Legislation by Order-in-Council and taxation were both dealt with at length by the candidate, and at the conclusion of the address a woman in the audience moved a vote of thanks and confidence w f hich was carried enthusiastically.
