MR. ALLAN ON TOUR

UNITED CANDIDATE IN HAURAKI MANY CENTRES VISITED For the past few days Mr. E. Allan, United candidate for Hauraki, has been touring the plains end of the electorate. Visits have been paid to Ngatea, Kaihere, Mangatarata, Torehape, New Brighton, Mangatangl, Miranda. Waerenga, Taniwha Maxamarua, Pokeno Valley, Mangatawhiri Valley, Te Kauwhata, Rangiriri, Pipiroa and Waitakaruru. At Ngatea a meeting was held, the public hall being packed. Mr. G. Walton, chairman of the Hauraki Plains County Council, presided. At the close several questions were asked and answered. A hearty vote of thanks and confidence was carried, with only one dissenting voice.
