The senior consolation match resulted in a tie between Mrs. O’Leary, 96—16, Su, and Mrs. Noakes, 9S — IS, 80, and was von by the former. The junior consolation was won bv Miss McL. Dowie, 110—34, 76. The season’s eclectic matches were won as follows:—Senior, Miss Stubbs; junior. Mrs. Roberts. The play-off of the tie in the one-club match was won by Mrs. Ramsay. The C grade consolation prize was won by Mrs. J. Dawson. The senior putting was won by Miss K. Horton, arid the junior by Mrs. Paterson. The following officers were elected at the annual meeting of the Maungakiekie Ladies’ Golf Club yesterday: Captain, Mrs. N. E. Burton; secretary. Miss ii. Haslett; handicapper, Miss J. Eastoncommittee, Mrs. C. J. Schnauer, Mrs. G White, Miss A. Grove, Miss K. Churton. OPOTIKI The Opotiki golf links were closed during the week-end and the trophies won during the season were presented by the president, Mr. N. V. Hodgson, as follows:—Championship cups, Mrs. F. C. S.
