CHORAL AND ORGAN CONCERT

TABERNACLE CHORUS CHOIR The Tabernacle Chorus Choir will present a big programme of choral and organ works in the Baptist Tabernacle this evening, under the conductorship of Mr. Arthur E. Wilson. The items by the organ include “Minuet in D” (Mozart), Swedish Wedding March (Soderman), Introduction and Allegro (Bache), and Gavotte Pastorale (Durand). The choir will sing “A , Festival Chime” (Holst). “Swing Low, Sweet Chariot” (negro spiritual), “I Waited for tho Lord” (Mendelssohn), “God is a Spirit” (Bennett), and the final item, “The Heavens are Telling” (from Haydn’s “Creation”). Other items will be a negro spiritual by Miss Mary Kemp, also solos by Mr. Clinton Williams and Miss Ruth Grey. Mrs. T. Brame-Clark is the pianist, and Mr. Arthur E. Wilson, organist.
