TWO SIR JOSEPH WARDS? For nearly two hours last evening \r r a S. Richards, Labour candidate for’ Roskill, spoke to a large audience at Roslyn Terrace. Mount Albert. He condemned *he United Party s borrowing policy, and asked which S T b £ 5> ~° advocated £7.000.000 a year. 111 claiming for the masses the benefits of a free medical service the candidate said there were about o-. 000 children whose parents did not earn an average of £a a week. These people needed assistance in keeping their children healthy- , Mr. Richards was accorded a vote of thanks and confidence.
