Senor Villegas, representing the Council of the League of Nations, in the presence of the King of Spain and the Prime Minister of Italy, Signor Mussolini, opened the League’s Institute of International Educational Cinematography, which was established by the Italian Government’s generosity at the historic villa of Falconieri. The Italian Government has tanned war films all over Italy, and also any films likely to offend the dignity of any district of the country.
